CONFIDENTIALITY and PRIVACY:

Any personal medical or other information communucated to your osteopath remains confidential, and will not be divulged to any other person or health practitioner without your express permission. Any personal data that we have about you will also remain private and will not be given to any other person or third party.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please telephone us more than 24 hours before an appointment if you need to cancel or change it. This is so that we can treat urgent cases who may need the treatment time.

ARRIVAL and FACILITIES:

Please arrive a few minutes before your treatment time. We try to run on time. There is a waiting room and toilet facilities.

RECEPTIONIST:

Janet Layne is our receptionist and secretary. Telephone or email her for appointments or queries.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Please inform your osteopath if you have any medical conditions that are important, and don’t hesitate to voice any other concerns about treatment.
